Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is an actor on the TV shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are stand-up comics and a social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook was first seen first in a commercial for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as a child model at age 10, and appeared in national commercials for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
